Chocolate from Scratch - slimy, stinky but fun

Hi Everyone! As a date idea we thought we would try to make chocolate from complete scratch and document our process from the cacao pod all the way to the actual chocolate bar. This was a looong process, a bit stinky, not as sexy as it sounds but fun none of the less and so rewarding to eat our own homemade chocolate bars. We have a new found appreciation for chocolatiers. This can be great for...

Actually, there have been no border controls from Austria to Germany for many years, just as there are no border controls the other way round either. This has to do with the tense security situation in Europe, now even because Russians are able to enter other EU countries via Hungary! Thanks to Viktor Orban, the flawless ;-.)) democrat.
Hi , nice content , loved the food . i have got admit for FAU . could you suggest me how can i look for accommodation or cheap hotels . I'll be coming to nuremberg in October
Thank's to video
Thank you so much for this video! This was exactly what I was looking for to get an ideal of the experience and what to expect! Just perfect and congratulations on your citizenship🎉
Thank you for the wishes :) Glad the video was helpful! Hope you enjoy your visit there
Name of place you where staying at?
Hi @speelman65 it is SORAT Hotel Saxx Nuremberg. The specific room is the junior studio suite city view. Thanks for watching!
Men of culture meet in Nuremberg
Beautiful! Great video :)
@billcarson818 thank you!! 😊
One of the touch screen mania cars of VW. 😅 Aren't the Austrian vignettes meant to stick on the windshield? The Swiss vignette must stick otherwise it's not valid.
@@gargoyle7863 hehe so true.. we drove 1h without ac before figuring out it was powered through the screen 😆 They didn't say to stick it to the windshield to be honest, just somewhere on the left lol
@@aKnightlyStory The vignette cannot normally be scanned by the surveillance cameras. I would be interested to know whether your car rental company received a ticket (fine) ;-))
I enjoy the closed Sunday. The city is so calm and less busy.
@gargoyle7863 definitely very calm and serene! You just have to plan around it if you're there for a day. Thanks for watching 😊
You should visit Stuttgart especially during Christmas season
@@hanipasha8859 thank you for the suggestion! Haven't seen it during Christmas. Will have to go back to both to experience the Christmas markets 😊
When coming close to the railway station, ensure you're wearing an anti-knife protection jacket !
Übertreib halt 🙄
@jochenrasp611 yikes, good to know. We stayed in the market area, which felt super safe so we did not notice.

@Footballedits_204 thank you 😊
Nice place
@@gautamsinghyadav5345 thanks for watching!
Well dam as a non American i never new there was platforms inside 😮 theres even one on the torch?
@anonymous-jt8du yes it was a nice surprise! Not sure about the torch since they don't allow tourists up there but I'm thinking probably tiny ones for the maintenance crew?
I haven’t been up there since I was a little kid. I was able to walk now in the wheelchair. I’ll never make it up there.
@tdadp yes sorry. It's definitely not ADA compliant unfortunately 😕 😔 but glad you got to see it
Very nice video. I am a great N.Y.C. fan. And of course I love the Statue of Libedrty so very much. I really enjoyed your video/ film. And very nice to get to know the unique construction of this N.Y.C. landmark. Thx very much for the very nice exploration and for being so brave and walking up to the top..... It was a wonderful enjoy to see your report. Thx sooooo much.
@carowilders4309 thank you for the compliments! 😊 So glad you enjoyed the video
Very nice coffee locations. And I have to confess I need to come back once more to N.Y.C. and visitis this lovely places. I was also very surprised about the sometimes very extraordinary coffee specialties. Like the one with fruit mash of watermelon and/ or strawberry. plus a cup of espresso. Must be a very special flovour of its own. Thx for the wonderful introductions. We enjoyed it. We like Fremch style and we love Paris as well. All the best. Lokking forward to new fils/videos of yours. Very well done.
@@carowilders4309 thank you! We hope you get to experience some of the cafés next time you come 😊 Let us know if you find a unique one or what your favorite one was!
Of course the stairs need to be narrow what did you expect
@ntcrawford722 well sure we expected narrow but not that narrow 🙂
Hi! We are thinking of doing this later this year. One question, do they manage the number of people going up? If you are going down, I'm sure no one can go up. (Looks like only room for 1 person on the steps). So do you know how that's managed? Thanks!
Hi @Izzytravels23 ! So there is a staircase dedicated to those going up and a whole other one dedicated to those going down so you don't have to worry about coming across someone from the opposite direction and waiting. You are right that there is only room for 1 person, and that's why they have this one direction stairs set up the entire way. I hope this helps! Enjoy your time there
this is quoted @ 80$ for 1 kg??
@plinioiweb7269 about to $70 with tax, yes, which is definitely crazy!
It has been designed so beautiful.
@ProsenjitGhosh-eq4nm yes very cool construction indeed 😊
The most beautiful Statue of Liberty and Museum also in Battery Park in Battery Island very authentic. It was decorated nicely and sophistically. Don’t behave like a jealous spouse (Either husband or wife). Take a nice photo of this Statue of Liberty.
@@ProsenjitGhosh-eq4nm thanks for the suggestion. Will have to check it out!
Wow that was Amazing ❤ Thanks for Sharing now I want to try walking up the stairs at my age 67 and it might take longer but I’m gonna try it……..and Welcome to the United States as your New Home
@doniotte681 Thank you very much! 😊 Love the USA 🇺🇸 Yes, definitely go for it. It's a unique experience, and you can take several breaks in between! Also, one way stairs each way, so no pressure to hurry
@@aKnightlyStory thanks I sure will it’s a long time coming for me for sure
Climbed it in 1961. I was 8 years old.
You're invading lady liberties mental privacy. Guess thats why she ripped her flaming heart out of her chest.
QUE GREÑERO TA FEO Y DESARREGLADO DE ESTA MUJER. ( La pura flojera para peinarse )
I'm an Aussie, I'd like to go there & see it. The green gives it the illusion it was made of cement lol. Buffing it up with a few bottles of brasso wouldn't hurt.
@julzhotti5466 Haha, it's true it would be nice to see the copper, but I'm sure they don't want the upkeep! Would be cool to see once though!
How can this be?? I was closed, no?
I was 16 and went with my mom at Christmas time there. I'm scared to death of heights. We went up as far as right under her feet. I didn't look over.
Why on earth would mustard on pastrami be weird ?? You barely got a bite of either sandwich because you couldn't seem to quit talking, come on and stuff your face with that thing...
Awesome video , Thank You. I only went by there in the Staten Island ferry , was so cool to see inside
@gregh6794 thank you for the watching! 😊
Us vastanu
I am very scared of heights, wind & being surrounded by deep water. I was given a birthday present to do the Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb a few years ago. That was teerifying enough for me ❗️
Great video thanks Great job
It would need to be the elevator for me. No way I could climb all those stairs without collapsing with exhaustion. Enjoyed video though was very interesting to see :)
The elevator only goes to the too of the pedestal. The one in the statue is only for emergencies and can hold only 2 people.
When I visited the crown of the Statue of Liberty, probably around 1996 or 1997, the windows were tiny. They look way bigger now.
Very nice❤😍😘
Remember being there as a kid back in the late 50s or early 60s. Must have been summer. We got to the narrow spiral steps and there was a person on every step above us. Ridiculous. We left.
I’m not afraid of heights nor claustrophobic, watching this video may have changed my mind.
Wow, I can't cliimb, so beautiful
I went up to the crown in 1983, i was 29 y/o,. now 70 y/o,. i remember at the time access to to the torch was closed, looks like its the same scenario now,?
I went up there once. Well worth it.
Hello can anyone tell me the title of the music for the climbing to crown part?
There's no liberty in the US. Libtards took away all liberties.
I never saw the balcony of the tourch in the lady liberty hand before.
I've never been inside the Stature of Liberty and always wondered what it was like being in there and thanks to you I know now what it would feel like, Nice video! Thanks!
@alexandersupertramp1095 thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video 😊
is that the statue of litterby? omg im going to poop my pants
I've climbed the steps to the top of the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, the Washington Monument, Notre Dame, St. Pauls and Saint Peters....all before 30 YO.. I'm 76 now, show me to the elevator, please!
Lol!! Good stuff, my man!
@pcpablo2 wow that's intense and awesome! What a great experience ❤️
Great filming, thank you. I was lucky at 16 years to climb up to the base when holidaying from England, June 1968. The statute was absolutely crowded and so hot and humid.
@lindadavies7292 thank you for the compliment! Glad you got to experience it. Definitely can get very crowded but early morning is best
